Creamed Corn

Ingredients
- Tinned corn, drained
- Shallot
- Butter
- Garlic
- Black pepper
- Dried jalapenos
- Cheese (parmesan, cheddar or soft)
- Creme fraiche (if needed)
- Fresh chillies or peppers for garnish
Method
- 1Fry a shallot in butter.
- 2Add garlic, black pepper and dried jalapenos.
- 3Add drained corn.
- 4Take off heat and add cheese (parmesan, cheddar or soft).
- 5Add creme fraiche if needed.
- 6Garnish with fresh chillies or peppers.
