Healthy Fajitas
Start this one the night before.
Method
- 1The Marinade: 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 crushed garlic cloves, pinch cumin, salt, pepper. Marinate chicken strips up to 12 hours.
- 2The Sauce: Mix 60g Greek yogurt, juice of ½ lime, garlic, salt, pepper.
- 3The Cook: Thread chicken onto skewers; grill 10–20 mins.
- 4Finish: Serve with tortilla, lettuce, the garlic sauce, and hot sauce.
