Spanish Prawns

Ingredients

  • Prawns
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Sherry or whiskey - 4tsp
  • Olive oil and / or chili oil - 4tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 4 tsp
  • Chilli flakes - 2 pinches
  • Parsley

Method

  1. 1Heat oven to 210 degrees. 190 fan.
  2. 2Slice garlic and add it to an oven-proof dish(es) with a slug of oil. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes to give the garlic a head start.
  3. 3Leave to cool for a few minutes, then drain the oil. In equal quantities, add chilli oil, whiskey oil, and lemon juice. Add chilli flakes and season well.
  4. 4Bake for 8 mins until prawns are pink, and the oil is sizzling.
  5. 5Sprinkle on chopped parsley if you like, and serve with bread.
