Sticky Vietnamese Grilled Pork

Method

  1. 1The Marinade: 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 stalks lemongrass, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and coriander stalks.
  2. 2The Meat: Thinly slice 500g pork tenderloin; marinate for 30 mins (or overnight).
  3. 3The Cook: Pan-fry pork until browned and sticky.
  4. 4The Salad: Serve over 250g flat rice noodles, cucumber, red chilli, peanuts, and fresh mint.
