Crispy Five-Spice Sriracha Pork Belly
Method
- 1The Marinade: Mix 3 tsp five-spice, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 3 tbsp sriracha, 5 tbsp soy, 3 tbsp honey, and salt.
- 2The Prep: Marinate 2+ hours (overnight best).
- 3The Roast: 175°C . 45 mins, turn every 15. Mins. Baste at each turn.
- 4The Glaze: Simmer remaining marinade until syrupy.

Serve with crispy or butter rice and Sichuan vegetables.
