Method

  1. 1The Veg: Boil 300g new potatoes (10 mins); add 150g peas for final 2 mins. Drain. Add spring onions, butter, seasoning.
  2. 2The Pork: Fry 2 chops 3 mins per side.
  3. 3The Butter: Add butter and smoked paprika to the pan; baste the meat. Rest.
  4. 4Finish: Serve pork and veg, drizzle with pan juices.
