Sausage One Pot

Method

  1. 1The Roast: Toss 500g potatoes (halved), carrots, 2 red onions (sliced), 2 garlic cloves, and rosemary in oil. Roast at 220°C.
  2. 2The Sausages: After 20 mins, add 6–8 quality pork sausages to the tray.
  3. 3Finish: Turn sausages once; roast for 25 mins more until everything is golden.
