Squashed Crispy Spuds

Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes
  • Oil
  • Cheese
  • Jalapenos
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1Boil baby potatoes for 15-20 min till properly tender. Steam 5 mins.
  2. 2Crush the potatoes.
  3. 3Drizzle oil and season. Roast at 200 fan for 20 mins.
  4. 4Turn, add cheese and jalapenos. Cook another 10-20 mins.
