Crumbed Pork

Method

  1. 1Prep: Pound 2 pork loins thin. Coat in flour, then beaten egg, then Japanese breadcrumbs (Panko).
  2. 2Cook: Deep fry (or shallow fry in plenty of oil) for 5 mins until golden.
  3. 3Finish: Drain on paper. Slice diagonally.

Notes

Serve with slaw and lemon. Or dipping sauces (wasabi/soy/chilli).
