Tangy Mustard Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Grated carrot (1-2)
- Shallot or small onion thinly sliced
- Lettuce or cabbage ¼ or third
- Dressing
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 Tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbps mustard (grainy or Dijon)
- 30ml red wine vinegar
- Pinch sugar or syrup
- Salt & pepper
Method
- 1Mix dressing ingredients together - whisk or shake in a jar.
- 2Shred the veg and combine. Chill for 20mins.
